Single Most Likely Diagnosis

Other Likely Diagnoses
- Musculoskeletal Strain: Straining the muscles in the chest wall, which can occur from heavy lifting, bending, or sudden movements, can cause dull chest pain that may worsen with bending over.
- Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Although typically associated with burning pain, GERD can sometimes cause a dull ache in the chest, especially if bending over increases pressure on the stomach, allowing acid to flow more easily into the esophagus.
