Apply triamcinolone acetonide cream USP, 0. 1% as appropriate, to the affected area two to three times daily. Rub in gently. The topical dosing regimen for Triamcinolone is:

  • Apply 0.1% cream to the affected area 2-3 times daily
  • Rub in gently
  • When using occlusive dressing technique, apply in the evening and remove in the morning (12-hour occlusion), with additional applications during the day without occlusion 1
