FEMOSTON 2/10 should be taken as a sequential regimen with the white tablets (containing 2 mg estradiol) taken for the first 14 days, followed by the gray tablets (containing 2 mg estradiol and 10 mg dydrogesterone) for the remaining 14 days of each 28-day cycle, without interruption between packs.
