Pantoprazole (Protonix) is primarily indicated for the treatment of acid-related disorders including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and as part of combination therapy for Helicobacter pylori eradication. 1, 2
