Janumet® is available in multiple tablet strengths combining sitagliptin with metformin:
- Sitagliptin 50 mg/Metformin 500 mg 1

Note: There is no commercially available formulation containing metformin 100 mg and sitagliptin 100 mg as specified in your question. The lowest metformin dose in Janumet® is 500 mg, and sitagliptin is available as either 50 mg (in combination products) or 100 mg (as monotherapy in Januvia®). 5, 2
Extended-Release Formulation
Janumet® XR is also available, which contains sitagliptin combined with extended-release metformin, including a formulation with sitagliptin 100 mg/metformin 1000 mg. 6 This extended-release version may reduce gastrointestinal side effects associated with metformin. 5
