How to Use Budacot

Budacot is a topical diaper rash ointment that should be applied liberally to clean, dry skin in the diaper area with each diaper change, especially during prolonged exposure to wet diapers such as at bedtime. 1

Application Instructions

Preparation and Technique

• Change wet and soiled diapers immediately before application 1
• Cleanse the diaper area thoroughly and allow to dry completely before applying the ointment 1
• Remove the foil seal from the tube's tip before first use 1

Application Frequency and Amount

• Apply ointment liberally to the affected area 1
• Reapply as often as necessary with each diaper change, particularly when the infant will be exposed to wet diapers for prolonged periods (such as overnight) 1

• For external use only - avoid any internal application 1
• Avoid contact with the eyes during application 1
