To manage bloating without flatulence, consider using alpha-galactosidase (PO) 2 or simethicone (PO) 3, as both products are indicated for relief of bloating.
- Alpha-galactosidase (PO) works by digesting complex carbohydrates in foods to prevent bloating and discomfort.
- Simethicone (PO) is used for the relief of pressure and bloating. Note that alpha-galactosidase (PO) may also help reduce gas, but if bloating without flatulence is the primary concern, simethicone (PO) may be a more targeted option.
