Orphenadrine citrate is indicated as an adjunct to rest, physical therapy, and other measures for the relief of discomfort associated with acute, painful musculo-skeletal conditions. The indications for Norgesic (Orphenadrine, Aspirin, Caffeine) are:

- Norgesic is indicated for the treatment of pain due to tension of the cervical and upper thoracic musculature, as well as myalgia nuchae 2
