[ Privacy Policy ]
Last updated: April 16, 2026

This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how www.DrOracle.ai ("DrOracle.ai", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you use our website, products and services (collectively, the "Services").

[ Our Services ]
DrOracle.ai provides a text generation service intended for medical scientific inquiry. DrOracle.ai is available via https://www.DrOracle.ai and associated internet domains.

[ Age Requirement ]
Our Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using DrOracle.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly take steps to remove their information and terminate their account. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

[ How You Should Use Our Services ]
DrOracle.ai is designed to assist with general medical and scientific questions. You should not include any sensitive personal health identifiers in your questions — such as your name, date of birth, medical record numbers, address, or any other information that could identify you or another individual. Questions should be phrased agnostically as purely medical scientific inquiries (e.g., "What are the treatment options for type 2 diabetes?" rather than "What should I do about my diabetes diagnosis?").

As a further safeguard, we automatically apply de-identification techniques consistent with the HIPAA Safe Harbor Method to help strip potentially identifying information from submitted questions in the event of accidental entry. However, this process is not infallible, and users remain responsible for ensuring their questions do not contain personal health information.

Please note: DrOracle.ai is not a formally HIPAA-compliant platform and we do not have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place. DrOracle.ai should not be used to process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA.

[ Information DrOracle.ai Collects ]
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information automatically from your device. This information may include your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (e.g. country or city-level location), and other technical information. We may also collect information about how your device has interacted with our website, including the pages accessed and links clicked. Collecting this information enables us to better understand the visitors who come to our website, where they come from, and what content is of interest to them. We use this information for our internal analytics purposes and to improve the quality and relevance of our service.

If you create an account on our website, we will collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, and password. We use this information to provide you with access to your account and to provide you with customer support.

[ Signing in with Google or Apple ]
If you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile with DrOracle.ai: your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account ID. We request only this basic profile and do not access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive, or any other Google data.

If you sign in with Apple, Apple shares your name and email address with DrOracle.ai, or a private relay address if you choose Hide My Email.

We use this information only to create your account, sign you in, and contact you about your account. It is stored with your account on our servers and handled like the rest of your personal information under this Policy: we do not sell it, and we share it only as described in Sharing of Information.

You can remove DrOracle.ai's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections (https://myaccount.google.com/connections) or your Apple Account's Sign in with Apple settings. To delete your account and the information stored with it, see Your Rights below.

[ Question History and Account Linking ]

You have the ability to fully unlink questions from your account at any time. Once unlinked, the questions are no longer associated with your account in any way — even you will not be able to retrieve or identify them as your own.

We reserve the right to review questions and answers — including unlinked questions — for internal quality assurance and improvement of our AI systems. Such reviews are conducted solely for the purpose of improving service quality and are subject to the privacy protections described in this Policy.

We also reserve the right to transform particularly helpful questions and answers into educational reading material for the benefit of the general public. In doing so, original question verbiage and specific details are rephrased and generalized so that the resulting content is not identical to any user's original submission, capturing only the general medical or scientific topic rather than the specifics of any individual inquiry.

[ Information DrOracle.ai Does Not Collect ]
We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information from you, such as information about your race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, or health. We strongly discourage users from submitting any such information through our Services.

[ Sharing of Information ]
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except as described in this Policy. We may share your personal information with the following types of third parties:

Service providers. We may share personal information with service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. For example, we may use service providers to send email or other communications, process payments, or provide customer support.
Analytics service providers. We may share anonymized usage information with analytics service providers that assist us in the improvement and optimization of our website. For example, Google Analytics: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

[ Third Party Services ]
We may use third party services, such as Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), to maintain and improve our services. For example, queries may be transmitted to AI model providers in order to serve requests. No personally identifiable information (PII) is transmitted unless required for continuity of service, for example sending email, processing payments, or providing customer support.

We may use site monitoring tools, such as Cloudflare, Sentry, and Plausible to collect anonymized information about usage. These tools may collect your IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, geographic location, and other technical information. We use this information to improve the quality and relevance of our website to our visitors.

[ Medical Disclaimer ]
DrOracle.ai is an informational tool intended to support general medical and scientific understanding. It does not provide personalized medical advice and is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified medical professional. Users should always consult a licensed healthcare provider before taking any consequential action based on information obtained through our Services, and should independently verify any references or claims made by our AI.

[ Cookies and Tracking Technologies ]
DrOracle.ai does not use tracking cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling purposes. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data, which may function as a tracking technology under certain definitions. GA4 is not loaded by default for users accessing our Services from countries subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar privacy frameworks. In those regions, analytics are only activated where permitted by applicable law. For more information on how Google handles data collected through GA4, see https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information. You can also delete your account directly, after which your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days.
Portability. You may request that we provide your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection. You may object to certain types of processing, including processing for direct marketing purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. To submit a request, please contact us at [email protected].

If you access our Services from outside the United States — including from the European Union or European Economic Area — your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Data protection laws in the US may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. The Website works with Mediavine to manage third-party interest-based advertising appearing on the Website. Mediavine serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use first and third-party cookies. A cookie is a small text file which is sent to your computer or mobile device (referred to in this policy as a "device") by the web server so that a website can remember some information about your browsing activity on the Website.

  • Email (in hashed form)

Mediavine Partners (companies listed below with whom Mediavine shares data) may also use this data to link to other end user information the partner has independently collected to deliver targeted advertisements.
