[ Terms of Service ]
Last updated: April 16, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the www.DrOracle.ai website (the "Service") operated by TheDeep, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. TheDeep, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to and use of the Service.

[ Our Services ]
TheDeep, LLC operates DrOracle.ai, a text generation service intended to assist with general medical and scientific inquiry. The Service is available via https://www.DrOracle.ai and associated internet domains.

[ Age Requirement ]
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and remove their information promptly.

[ Acceptable Use ]
You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities, including but not limited to hate, harassment, violence, political manipulation, spam, or malware.

You agree not to conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including scraping, data mining, data extraction or data harvesting) on or in relation to the Service. Prohibited data collection includes, but is not limited to, using the Service as input into other services, websites, or databases. You agree not to republish any content generated by the Service without clearly citing the Service as well as the context associated with the content. Misrepresentation of the source of the content or the nature of its creation is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to include any sensitive personal health identifiers in your questions or submissions — such as your name, date of birth, medical record numbers, address, or any other information that could identify you or another individual. Questions should be phrased as general medical or scientific inquiries rather than personal medical consultations. DrOracle.ai is not a HIPAA-compliant platform and no Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place. The Service should not be used to process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA.

[ User-Generated Content ]
The Service allows you to submit questions and receive AI-generated responses. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your original submissions.

When you submit content to the Service, you grant TheDeep, LLC a worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and modify that content for the limited purposes of operating and improving the Service, including internal quality assurance review of AI responses. We also reserve the right to transform particularly helpful questions and answers into generalized educational material for the benefit of the general public; in doing so, original verbiage and specific details are rephrased so that the resulting content is not identical to any user's original submission.

You are entirely responsible for all content you submit to the Service. TheDeep, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any content generated by or submitted through the Service. You agree that you must independently evaluate all content before acting on it, and you acknowledge that you may not rely solely on any content created by or submitted to the Service.

TheDeep, LLC may preserve content and may disclose content if required to do so by law.

[ Question History ]
Questions you submit are associated with your account through an anonymous internal identifier. DrOracle.ai staff cannot look up any individual user's question history. You may unlink questions from your account at any time; once unlinked, those questions cannot be retrieved or identified by you or DrOracle.ai staff. Unlinked questions remain subject to internal quality review and the educational content rights described above.

[ Intellectual Property Rights ]
TheDeep, LLC acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of all individuals and entities, and expects all users of the Service to do the same. As a user of the Service, you are granted access for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any attempts to reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or otherwise misappropriate intellectual property from the Service will not be tolerated and may result in legal action.

TheDeep, LLC takes all allegations of copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to any notices that comply with applicable laws. If you believe that your work has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at [email protected].

[ Limitation of Liability ]
In no event shall TheDeep, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

[ Indemnification ]
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TheDeep, LLC and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) content you submit to the Service.

[ Changes ]
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

After modification, we will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date above. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please cease using the Service.
